What happens if I stop paying
The organization returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: policies, approvals, findings and audit history all stay, and every system you have already connected keeps importing. What stops is adding a new one beyond the free limit, and the paid features above.
What happens to a share link I already sent
It keeps working. Revoking an auditor's access in the middle of an engagement because a card expired is not a decision this product should make for you.
Is the free plan a trial
No. It does not expire, and it is not a crippled version — the checks that run on it are the same checks, and the findings are real. It is limited to one connected system.
